Angela Lobb is an experienced and thoughtful healthcare executive who has worked for 22 years at Madison State Hospital, a state-run psychiatric hospital in southeastern Indiana. She currently serves as the facility's performance outcome director.
During her long and distinguished tenure at Madison State Hospital, Ms. Lobb has served in a wide variety of administrative, clinical and project management capacities. Thus, she is able to draw on broad experience with different facets of the operation in her current role as performance outcome director.
Ms. Lobb's main goal is to facilitate performance improvement among the staff of Madison State Hospital, and in this capacity, she establishes work groups and implements team-building activities. Throughout her career at the facility, she has made a point of striving to continue her learning experience, taking advantage of the excellent leadership and mentorship offered by the senior staff. She takes pride in having fulfilled her childhood ambition to help other people.
Ms. Lobb holds a Master of Arts degree in social work from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She is affiliated with the Academy of Certified Social Workers and has been recognized by the State of Indiana's Department of Corrections Experienced and Emerging Leadership Program.
